Our hiring process is important.  This is why we provide safe, comfortable and efficient transportation to our potential personnel.  We provide each potential employee with a complete experience when we hire them.

All modes of transportation provided are current vehicle models.  We grant every employee meals and a healthy workplace.  Finally, we ensure that all staff that comes to work with us has the proper documentation to validate their age and employment status to comply with the labor laws of Mexico.

Our houses are in cleaned and maintained to good condition to start each agricultural season. The housing units are supported by government agencies to comply with standards established by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.  Each worker receives a comfortable, safe and excellent living space.

We are a company that understands that families need to work.  One of our pillars is the good treatment of the children of our people.  We provide childcare for all of the children of our employees both for packaging and fieldwork.  With local staff trained by certified entities, we provide a full service nursery, food and the use modern teaching techniques.  These facilities are supported by the Mexican government from conception and design to operation
